From the moment our property manager asked you to call us to arrange a review of the washer/dryer the process has been so smooth and easy to follow. You had lots of flexibility and worked around our very complex shift pattern, the engineer who did the original call out was very friendly (wore a mask) and quickly diagnosed the problem. The options for replacement were a very fair price and arranged promptly. The old washer/dryer was removed with the new one being installed while we were out of the flat. Everything was left very neatly and clean and the new washer/dryer is working really well Thanks for all of your help, we would definitely recommend your services!
Don't use this company!!!! They tell you they can fix something, 100 later, I am out of pocket, they haven't fixed it and they won't come back as they say its a new problem although Curry's who came to install my new appliance says its the same problem. They look for the quickest time possible to be in your house and don't fix the problem...so you end up calling them back many times until eventually you give up and buy a new machine, which I should have done in the first place!!!!
Outstanding service from A&E We've been trying to problem solve our dishwasher leak for weeks. The guy from A&E homed in on the problem in seconds - a tiny crack in the spray arm. It cost less than 50 to solve whereas we'd been panicking that we might need a new dishwasher, so we were super satisfied and highly recommend.
